Dining at the Gros Morne Inn will engage and indulge all your senses. Taste, our restaurant, is the focal point of our commitment to sustainably sourced, locally grown, expertly prepared, and absolutely delicious food. From the Newfoundland and Labrador shrimp rolls to the lobster bisque and finely curated charcuterie boards, our menus reflect the bounty of the sea and land. While dining at Taste, our guests have front row seats to the majesty of Gros Morne National Park.

Tomato Bruschetta

Fresh tomatoes, red onion, cucumber and dill served on a French baguette. Finished with a melted cheese and a balsamic drizzle

Pan Seared Scallops

Locally sourced sea scallops paired with pork belly cubes. Finished with a cilantro-pistachio pesto and locally grown microgreens

NL Berry and Fennel Salad

Thinly shaved fennel, local NL berries, pistachio crumble on a bed of locally sourced mixed greens. Finished with a pink peppercorn-partridgeberry dressing and topped with crumbled goat cheese.

Martins Point Lobster Bisque

Slow roasted lobster bisque topped with butter poached locally sourced Atlantic lobster finished with chives and served with a house made sage & jalapeno cheddar biscuit

Mushroom Stuffed Chickpea Flour Ravioli

House-made chickpea flour ravioli stuffed with portobello mushrooms and vegan cheese in a tomato sauce accented with a pistachio cilantro pesto and roasted seasonal vegetables

PEI Blue Dot Beef Tenderloin

7oz PEI beef tenderloin topped with a grainy dijon mushroom cream sauce. Paired with whipped potatoes and roasted seasonal vegetables

Spiced Tomahawk Pork Chop

Pan seared curry spiced, 10oz bone-in pork chop topped with a coconut curry and apple sauce, Paired with a parsley infused basmati rice and roasted seasonal vegetables
